Could you describe a typical day?

This summer we attended the Lambeth Conference, a gathering of about 700 Anglican Bishops,

which was an enormously interesting experience and which needed a lot of preparation,

including 5 new Holy Socks designs and a new set of Glory Golf Balls, all of which

needed stories or poems written for them. Writing the leaflets which the socks are

packed in takes a lot of time and is either very frustrating or very enjoyable,

depending on how it's going. Doesn't help that I'm always tinkering with the stories

or poems, when they're supposed to be finished and printed!

The website has been taking a lot of time recently. I'm a "Take the Floor" fan

and often listen online while I work - either that or it's Gregorian Chant in the

background or if I'm doing ploddy" stuff, I enjoy putting "New Tricks,"

“Pride and Prejudice” or “The West Wing” on the DVD.

I'm on a health kick at the moment so I try to eat sensibly. The aim is to get

a walk every day, either in the Galloway Forest Park or just round the Cree,

but it doesn't always happen. Actually managed a bike ride the other day.
