The photo shows Malcolm Proudlock and Steve Clark in their Subaru Imprezza about to set out on the Snowman Rally in Inverness in February this year. Holy Socks so intrigued Malcolm that he and his co-driver now wear our socks when they compete.
Last season the pair finished second in the Scottish Rally Championship and are hoping to go one better in 2006. They certainly got off to a good start on the Snowman, finishing second. However their hopes of winning the title took a knock in the next round when, like many competitors, they ended in a ditch on one of the stages of the Border Counties Rally.

Ironically there was no snow on the Snowman Rally but lots of it on the Border Counties.
